I don't know too much about the other programs and thought it might be a
good thread.

There ya go thinkin...I am platinum on rccl and soon to be diamond.
Does anyone really get enough out of a program to keep them "brand
loyal"? A bathrobe, 15 minutes of internet, a glass of wine, welcome
aboard party, priority boarding, some coupons for the casino and the
spa...it is nice, but not enough to keep me brand loyal.

Things that I would appreciate more - priority tenders to the islands,
priority debarking that didn't entail wading through a sea of luggage.

I get all that on Princess and more. Their loyalty program beats all the
others. Never mind the bathrobe;everyone gets a bathrobe. Platinum on
Princess means unlimited internet, priority tenders, priority em and
debarkation and, when you reach Elite level (we are) free laundry and dry
cleaning. To me, this is a great loyalty perk.

Arlene ---who is also RCI platinum

Right. And discounts applied across the board.

Quit complaining. I'm diamond plus and don't get much more than a Platinum.
After 24 cruises you'd think they would kick in for something other than a
bottle of wine and a tour of the bridge... Oh yeah, a pin and luggage tags.
Never ever had an upgrade. Going on the Jewel next week and the same
excuse.... "The ship is full" . You think I would have learned by now.
Princess is looking very tempting. Hate to start all over again though.
