20C in Barcelona. 24C in Helsinki.

I have spent several summers in Helsinki over the last 15 years and I
agree. Ditto for locations up around Oulu.

With one exception: a few years ago we spent the summer in Helsinki,
roughly mid-May through early August, and I think it rained every day we
were there.
