Default which ships have "sing along" piano bars?

All Carnival Fantasy class ships have a piano bar with a sing-along
sort of thing going. My one cruise on the Destiny was a slight
disappointment because the piano lounge was more like a glorified
karaoke bar with no one singing except the piano player.

I haven't seen this sort of entertainment on other cruiselines --
are there other classes of ships on other lines that have the sing-along
piano bar nightly?

Last year on Celebrity Zenith they had a sing a long piano player in
the Cova Cafe. I am pretty sure there was a sing a long piano player at
least one of my cruises on Princess. As far as Piano Bars, Celebrity
has converted the Michaels Clubs on Millenium class ships into piano
bars.

Good to hear. I sailed Mercury in 2000 and there was no such
sing-along piano bar. RCL Viking Serenade had one way back.

Neither Princess ship in the last two years I did had one (Grand
and Island).

We're going on Infinity next. Hope there's one on her.

Just got off the Pacific Princess and the gal in the Casino Bar followed
the lead of the crowd in the lounge. She encouraged the people to sing
along and would rather play requests than her own picks. Sheila (can't
remember last name) never learned to read music, but played very well.
She also is or is about to marry the trumpet player in the ship band.

Everyone was "singing along" with the piano player in the piano bar on
Carnival Glory last July and it was a lot of fun. I really think a lot
depends on the entertainer in the bar as well as the patrons. Some
entertainers aren't exactly oriented to audience participation and some
audiences are less "vocal" than others. The atmosphere can change from week
to week on 7-night mainstream cruises.

Both Explorer of the Seas and Adventure of the Seas both had a sing-along
piano player in the Schooner bar at night. I don't remember if the other
RCCL ships had this or not. This can be a very entertaining way to spend a
few hours.

I love sing-along piano bars! The Norway's Windjammer is (was?) my favorite.
Not so great are pianists who interrupt singing along - mid-song - to do their
"schtick" (Golden Princess) or who discourage the crowd's singing in favor of
one or two of her pals taking the mic (Paradise).

All of the Carnival ships that I've been on and most, if not all of the
Holland America ships. The Schooner bars on the RCCL Splendour and
Gradeur had them a few years ago, as well. Not sure about the other
cruise lines that I've been on, cause I'm not into piano bars.
