Default Charges for shuttles in ports?

I understand that many cruise lines are now charging for shuttles to town
(if they even provide them) particularly in Europe and South America. I'm
not referring to towns that are quite far from the ports like Civitavecchia
to Rome, but more so when town is close to the port, but a bit too far to
walk.

Can anyone advise which cruise lines are charging and an idea of what they
are charging?

Thanks,
Ann
