banh.de and ICE - plan+spar europa plus available for international guest?

Hi.
Has anyone (who doesn't live in Germany)
successfully bought Plan+Spar Europa Plus ticket?

I tried but don't seem to be able to do this.
Also, once you buy one, do yo know if you can pick
the ticket up from bahn.de office (Frankfurt in my case)?

Which country are you in? If you are in the UK you could phone Deutsche
Bahn on 08702 435363 & have the ticket sent to your address.

No idea. You could try the UK office (see Phil's post) and ask if they
will send it to you.

No! You can online print domestic tickets in Germany. Not a "Plan&Spar
Europa (Plus) Ticket" which is an international ticket.

a) you can book online from the timetable, but the booking part is only
available in German.
Such tickets are only shipped. You would have to allow 3 working days to
Europe and 7 working days for worldwide shipment.
To obtain a "Plan&Spar Europa (Plus) Ticket" you need to activate the box
"Sparangebote mit Zugbindung berücksichtigen" (consider special offers for
fix connections).

b) Call the DB travel center ++49 1805 - 996633
In this case you also have the choice to collect your ticket at a railway
station.
For domestic tickets it was (is?) possible to collect them from the ticket
machines also. You just had to insert the (credit, Maestro) card you gave
the information while booking. This is now rather obsolete as you can print
now domestic tickets directly at home on your printer.
