APPARENTLY HE'S GOING TO TRY TO PUSH SAVINGS FOR THE LIGHTLY TAXED AS ALWAYS. UNFORTUNATELY WITH FREE HEALTH HE'LL STILL BE CHIPPING AROUND THE EDGES TO CUT THE FREE HEALTH TO SAVE THE RICH TAXES? WHAT A THOUGHTFUL MAN.
