NYC: Oyster Bar at Grand Central?

I was in New York a few weeks ago, and saw
that the Oyster Bar was being picketed


The strike ended in late March. Here's a quote from a
newspaper article:

Strike Is Ended at Oyster Bar

...employees of the Grand Central Oyster Bar &
Restaurant are back shucking... Brooks Bitterman,
a spokesman for Local 100 of the Hotel Employees
& Restaurant Employees Union, said his workers
"are delighted to be back at work."
