If you link them together, it becomes a trip from a US port to a US port
,and for most ships, would violate an old law that was designed to protect the US jobs. There is a similar law that applies to air traffic. Again, what is the problem. If you link these three together, It would be US to US with three stops in Canada during the two weeks. This is like dealing with the DMV. "It's wrong because we say it's wrong".
