I typed 100 point ID in Google and found a few
aussie sites which talk about it.

Seems to be a variable thing depending on the firm
you go to. Usually its one of. Passport, Citizenship
or Birth Cert as well as 2 - 5 Cards with you name
and address on it. The Passport/Citizen/Birth usually
makes up aobut 50-70 points and the others make up
10-40 points each depending on the card type.

This is one from AMP

- Passport 70 points
- Birth certificate 70 points
- Citizenship certificate 70 points
- Australian driver's licence 40 points
- Social security card 40 points
- Tertiary education ID 40 points
- Credit cards 25 points
- Medicare card 25 points
- Electricity or gas bill 25 points
- Council rate notice 25 points
- Telephone account 25 points
- Foreign driver's licence 25 points

Its a legislated system designed (in theory) to ensure that all bank
accounts, share transactions and certain other documents - drivers licence,
tax file number, even telephone betting accounts - are in the name of a real
person.

In reality the drug crims have the ability to open any number of bank
accounts to launder their ill gotten gains - whilst the 100 point system
seems to discourage customers of banks from shopping around for a better
deal.
