FF miles from China?

I have a couple of boarding passes from two Chinese domestic carriers,
Shenzhen airlines and Hainan airlines: both apparently belong to the
"New Star Alliance". Does anybody know I can credit the miles to an
account with a major international airline, in the same way that miles
on China Southern can be credited to my KLM "Flying Dutchman"
account"?

I considered posting a trip report, but there is little to say: both
flights were smooth, on modern equipment (stretched 737s). Hainan
airlines showed a film -- some Hollywood rubbish -- playing the
soundtrack (in English!) through loudspeakers rather than headphones.
China Southern did the same thing, this time with a Chinese film.
