Anyone have view on Cathay Business Class

I'd like to second the recommendation for the Cathay biz lounge at HKG.
It is large and I especially remember the shower facilities which you
or your seatmates may appreciate before that late departure in the
summer

Cathay does have a good lounge in HK, but not elsewhere. And comparing
them with SQ is kind of unfair. SQ is head and shoulders above just
about all airlines.

Before I switched reward progs, I flew Cathay J many times.

- Impersonal, distant service in every respect, consistently.

- Toilets in business having queues from economy practically for the
flight's duration.

- Showers are fine, but have a wooden lattice, which is a great way to
ensure the previous person's tinea gets effectively transmitted, since it
isn't disinfected between uses.

Overall, a very poor experience on in my opinion one of the worst airlines,
and I'm now enjoying much better service on my new carrier.....
