Default Whitsundays

G'day everyone,

I live here in the sunny Whitsundays (I know it's tough sometimes !).
Having a heap of local knowledge and being in the local tourism
industry for the last 7 years, I've learned a little about the area.
To help save some surfing time, looking for Whitsundays information...
Try these....

www.thewhitsundays.org
A Non-Commercial site with lots of Whitsundays information. This one
has a great short video of a baby humpback whale encounter and acouple
of short diving videos taken by one of the local skippers.

www.sailing-whitsundays.com
A commercial site, but it's got just about every decent sailing trip
and diving trip I know of. It's got more images than anyother site for
sure and it's easy to navigate through. If you're coming here, check
this site for info first.

If you're looking for an Airlie Beach map, try this one.....

http://www.mr-travl.com/Whitsundays/AirlieBeachMap.htm
It's from a commercial site, but will give you an idea of where the
best located accommodation is. As we all know, some accommodation
places call themselves 'Airlie Beach' but are quite a way from the
township itself.

Anyway, hope this helps,

Happy to give free advice if you're after it.

Craig.
