Western Carribean Advice Request for Cruise Novice
Planning first family cruise (and probably last due to expense) for next
spring. We're looking at the Western Carribean. One trip that looks good to my 15 year old son is a 7 night Carnival cruise out of Tampa. Could you please refer me to 1) a couple of really good cruise specialists in the Santa Rosa, California area or the Marin County area or in San Francisco (in that preferred geographic order). This is probably a one time deal for us, so I want to make sure it's as close to perfect for my family as it can get. 2) this ng's FAQ link. 3) comments on the Carnival Miracle (I'll google this one while I wait). I'll come back with a million questions after i read the FAQ! Thank you, Bryan |

This is probably a one time deal for us, so I want to make sure it's as close to perfect for my family as it can get. 98.7% of the folks here use a T/A who is NOT in Santa Rosa or Morin County, CA. 100% of the T/A's who post here could help, but you have drawn a line in the sand that excludes most of them. 2) this ng's FAQ link. given to you 3) comments on the Carnival Miracle (I'll google this one while I wait). Sorry, never done that, but you could have done that before you came here, I'll come back with a million questions after i read the FAQ! I am sure that you will. Just my opinion, but, I am not here to find you the perfect T/A. You have to do that. DG in Cherry Hill, NJ |

I have many out of town clients, but i still feel that I give better service to the ones that I can sit down at the table with. 2) this ng's FAQ link. 3) comments on the Carnival Miracle (I'll google this one while I wait). the Miracle is a great ship, I was onboard at her innaugural, she is a bit in the Carnival Las Vegas neon tradition, but only in the dining room is it appearant. I like her for her size and layout, as big ships go there is some degree of intimacy on Miracle. Good Luck. Closer to home you might look at the Pride or Spirit out of LA. I really found a lot to like in those two ships, they are toned down and offer a very comfortable experience for their price point. -- Joseph Coulter Cruises and Vacations http://www.josephcoulter.com/ |
