Tai Ji Quan - Qi Gong
Chen Style Tai Chi



Master Zhang Guang Wen comes from the home of Tai Chi, Henan Province,
China.

Zhang has practiced Tai Chi Qi Gong for over 25 years. His teacher now
teaches Chen Tai Ji in the UK and Europe. Master Zhang now resides in
Shenzhen, China.



Chen Tai Ji Style is the original form of Tai Chi, it is an excellent
way to keep fit.

Master Zhang includes Qi Gong (chi kung) exercises to enhance energy.

Our classes include young, middle-age, and old, and our instruction
offers all people to get the benefits of soft or hard practice
utilizing the concepts of Yin & Yang ?the Tao.



Guy Le Claire is Master Zhang's senior student and has been involved in
Chinese Martial Arts and health systems for over 10 years.
