Default Spain - Menoca, Mallorca, or Ibiza?

Which town would be most preferable? And, how would you go to either
towns from Barcelona? Are there always available ferries to get to
these places and how much?

We have a timeshare (which we like to get rid of) that we haven't used
since we bought it 3 years ago and these are 3 places in Spain we
could go to.. would appreciate any thoughts and info.

There are ferries, transmediterane (sp?) probably

Ibiza clubbing
Menorca quiet English
Mallorca mountains, beaches, Germans, Palma is rather nice.

I would do a tour before investing

late March is the plan. I'm only worried how I could get to these
places from Barcelona, which is probably where we will be landing at..
Is that something I can easily arrange when I get there?

Thanks.

Which towns?

Menorca, Mallorca or Ibiza.. Which one would be best (or cheaper) to
travel to from Barcelona?? How far away and how will I go about
arranging the transfer to either these places?

thanks.

They are not towns, they are islands :-)

I'd do Mallorca ( but I'll admit it's the only one I've visited.) Late March
the other two are likely to be very quiet. Mallorca has a nice town, and
spending a day touring the island will be time well spent!

I hope i'm not being over pedantic, but these are islands not
towns. The main towns are Palma de Mallorca. Ibiza town and Mao

All much the same, the sites below are a general Balearic one and
the ferry company. No doubt you could also fly if not taking a
car. Luggage for foot passengers on car ferries tends to be an
inconvenience. Car hire is available at the local airports.

I would suggest investing in a good guide book and map before
proceeding further.

Sorry, I don't understand that statement. Inconvenient for who?

On car ferries, they are not really geared up for foot passengers
with a lot of luggage (unlike air), having seen people sitting on
suitcases. Thinking about it, there may well be a storage system
available? Anybody know?
