What is the Cheapest Western European Country?
I haven't been to most of those places.... but I can tell you about
Greece a little bit. Corfu Island - Pink Palace "Hostel" 25 Euro with Breakfast/Dinner, stay four nights get 5th free. Athens - Downtown Backpackers hostel was 18 Euro with Breakfast Delphi - Didn't find a hostel found a hotel for 20 Euro (stayed 3 nights) Thessaloniki - Many cheap (but dirty) hotels along the main street for 14-20 Euro In Belgium I found places for about 30-35 Euro without trying too hard, but I didn't stay long and didn't seek out hostels. Most of western europe I think you can find hostels for like 18-25 Euro night..... Even in big cities like Paris I was able to get decent rates, but quite often they are fully booked especially Friday/ Saturday nights if you don't phone a head. -- Ken http://AdventureKen.com/ On May 16, 9:52 pm, tipscommissar wrote: Greece, Spain, Belgium, Portugal?
