KUBUNTU LINUX::: Automatic translation of email / speaking of emailin open-source email client

Hi,
I saw that one of my relatives was travelling abroad.

Now, does Kubuntu LINUX or some open-source email client enable the
email to be spoken --- and the letters to be enhanced (when speaking
from Chinese say to learn Chinese) and do automatic translation into
English some other language.


There is web-page translation available.
There is "idea patents" available in USA.

Does posting this idea on the "USENET" a public domain forum ----
effectively destroy this idea.

So perhaps we should have a new USENET newsgroup

"alt.computer.ideas".

Can somebody start it ?
