Does Mongolia border Kazakhstan? Or is there a point at which Mongolia,
Kazakhstan, China, and Russia all meet each other? Or?

Nope. The most western point of Mongolia (Tayan Bogd Uul mountain) is
about 30km away from the most eastern point of Kazakhstan.

According to www.countrywatch.com, Mongolia borders only China and
Russia.
