WWII Air Recon Photos Website
A British archive of five million air recon photos from World War II is
slated to be put on the web on Monday the 19th of January. later in the year they plan to release half that number of photos rescued from Luftwaffe files. Here's the story (cut and paste if necessary): http://news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=stor...in_wwii_photos Here's the actual website (not up as of this writing) http://www.evidenceincamera.co.uk What an amazing job it must have been, putting this together, restoring the prints and negatives, and then scanning each one. Must have taken years.
