No, he was shot because the USA has decided to load aircraft with
trigger happy police wannabes who do not wear any uniform. It was the
the trigger happy marshall who forgot to use judgement, it is the
trigger happy marshall who decided that any passenger that doesn't
immediatly respond to a plain clothes person's orders must be a terrorist.

Why doesn't the USA just load robots in aircraft that will fire
automatically in the direction where the word "bomb" is uttered ?

Look at the "Hi ! Jack !" scene in Airplane. It was meant as a joke. But
in this case, the marhsalls really took it literally and shot the guy down.

The proper procedure would have been for Fas to call the gate and ask
them to immediatly lock the gate door and call for police. The guys
would have been imprisoned in the jetway.

Maybe in your universe there are no consequences for not taking a bomb
threat seriously, but in mine, I see the threat of a bomb - potentially the
size of the interior of his backpack - being detonated in the vicinity of
innocent bystanders and two FAMs.

Is it possible that the FAMs overreacted? Sure, but until the investigation
is complete, that's pure speculation. And do note that your indictment
could apply to all LEOs of all stripes everywhere - that's a pretty broad
tarbrush.

However, your opinions seem to be as much related to politics as to the
facts of the case, so I doubt that you are going to be swayed by any
rational argument.
