Go to http://www.quotewright.com. They offer all of the major travel
insurance companies and plans and are easy to use. If all you're
concerned about is medical coverage than enter 0 when asked for trip
cost. If you enter 0 for trip cost it will remove trip cancellation/
interruption coverage from most plans making them less expensive.

The same hold true for www.insuremytrip.com (about removing the trip
cost). My medical covers a good portion of any care & if I should lose
my luggage it's not a big deal since all my valuables are with me all
the time but my major concern for insurance on any cruise is the
evacuation cost which could run into the thousands.

Also check out http://www.csatravelprotection.com/ Rates seem good and
medical coverage looks to be the best.

CSA is included in insuremytrip.com so this can be checked out.

Default Cruise Insurance

I have had pretty good luck with TravelGuard in the past, so much so, we
usually recommend them to our clients - and have never received a complaint.
TravelGuard's website is at www.travelguard.com, which may at least be worth
a competitive look.

Happy sailing...
