Default Raw fare/flight information

Hello

Does anyone know of a central place to purchase or preferably get for
free, a raw feed of all (or the majority of) published international
airline fares and flight information?

I am interested in researching the design of a flexible destination
search tool and can't figure out where to start with the "raw" data..
Travelocity & other related sites seem to "own" their own databases..
OAG (www.oag.com) seems to consolidate some of the information for
sale, but does not include international fares..

The only flexible destination searches out there are Travelocity Dream
Maps:
http://dps1.travelocity.com/dreamMap...ce=TRAVELOCITY

And the newer service Kayak.com Buzz:
http://www.kayak.com/h/buzz/flights

Neither of which allow you to constrain the search to a specific
timeframe.

Thanks for any information/help!

Pretty well all schedule information flows via OAG these days. Fares data
tends to go either via ATPCO or SITA. I don't think any of these are free.
