Default Jade on Monarch...surcharge?

Is there a surcharge fot Jade on Monarch. What kind of food is it? RCCL
website says jade is included, but I could swear there was a surcharge for
the place.

Jade has an upper and lower parts to it. Downstairs is a wonderful menu of
asian and western dishes in the buffet line. (no extra charge)
Upstairs at night time is sushi and assorted items with a charge per item. Not
$20 like Portofino, but per item. Very resonable and excellent. I just went a
couple weeks ago.
