First/business-class upgrades from US <--> Europe?
Hello,
I plan on taking my father to Munich for Oktoberfest this year. I'd like to try and go first/business class. I can upgrade using Continental miles, but if anyone has other advice, I'd love to hear it. I've heard of people buying upgrade coupons, but that seems like it could be hit-or-miss. I haven't bought tickets yet, so I'm flexible on airline. Thanks, BoB
