TSA OK's new locks for luggage
includes buoyancy device ($400 to 500), fins ($160),
wetsuit,...it's value is not just monetary, it is safety. I prefer to have my own good, reliable stuff when I enter an environment that doesn't have any breathable air available. Yeah, I kn WE also bring scuba gear never check the regulator though as that is too important.... and in a SAfe world it be great to NOT have anyone damage your luggage BUT alas this is not the perfect world. and with soft sided luggage how easy is it to get in without taking the lock off? EXTREMELY... Even teh scuba bag is soft sided... IT unfortunate that this is the case in life, but if you have somethig that is of importance ( PILLS MEDS, Jewelry) then carry them on!
