Not in my opinion, no- either from the outside or within.

9) Atocha Station, Madrid (Spain)

I've seen it from the outside and maybe passed through the subway parts.
Didn't make much of an impression.

I wouldn't say it's among the greatest train stations, but the atrium
(and its arboretum) is impressive on the inside.
