I am an english teacher living here in madrid. I will be traveling this

summer and am subletting my apartment for the months of JULY and
AUGUST.


300 EUORS/Month
Centrally located inbetween metro stops R=EDos Rosas and Cuatro Caminos
as well as very close to the center of the city (Plaza del Sol). This
place has 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen as well as living
room and dining room. Everything is fully furnished, all you'll need is

your clothes and toiletries. I live here with 5 other guys.. 2 Spanish,

1 Venezuelan, 1 Ecuadorian, and 1 Panamanian -- everyone is gay and
speaks English very little. You don't have to be gay, just gay
friendly! ... Your bedroom is furnished too, and has a blacony with
lots of natural light. The bathroom for this bedrooms is shared with 2
other guys (a couple).

Soy un profesor de ingl=E9s y vivo en Madrid, Espa=F1a. Voy a viajar por
verano y alquilar=E9 la habitaci=F3n m=EDa en un piso compartido durante
los meses de JULIO y AGOSTO.


300 Euros/Mensuales
Situatado en un lugar c=E9ntrico a las paradas del metro R=EDos Rosas y
Cuatro Caminos y tambi=E9n al Plaza del Sol (el centro de la ciudad) en
la calle Santa Engracia. Tenemos 3 servicios, 4 habitaciones, una
cocina muy grande y tambi=E9n sala y comedor. Las salas comunales estan
amuebladas y compartidas por todos. Vivo con 5 hombres, 2 espa=F1oles, 1

venezuelano, 1 ecuatoriano y 1 paname=F1o -- todos son gays y hablan
ingl=E9s muy poco. No tienes que ser gay para compartir y vivir aqu=ED,
solo amable y abierto :-). La habitaci=F3n tuya esta amueblada y tiene
balcon con mucha luz natural. El servicio para esta habitaci=F3n esta
compartido con 2 otros chicos (una pareja).
