How to verify if a condo rental is legit?
I'm interested in renting a condo near Jacksonville, Fl., for a few
days and am wondering how to tell if an offer or condo-owner is legitimate and if the place is actually what is advertised. Many owners want half of the total up front, which could be risky. Any suggestions for a first-time condo renter. |

How to verify if a condo rental is legit?
If you have details of the county where the condo is you can check the ownership of the property and cross reference all the details you have bee given .I have a rental home in orlando and never mind my rentors checking i own what i say i own .As regards it being risky always bear in mind the owner has mo=re to lose than the rentor. My home is worth $1000's and I have to trust strangers will not only respect my home but homour any monies they owe me.
