Default CNN Documentary: Allegedly, 747 Fuel Vapor-Wiring Problem Unsolved

I'm posting about a piece i saw today on cnn

It was about the twa 800 controversy (went down off long island)

The slant is fairly convincing to me that it wasn't caused by
deliberate/errant missle or saboutage, as many in the public suspected
back in the later nineties

But 'each 4 1/2 years on average' the damnned electrical wire-fuel
vapor problem is statistically predicted by an expert-interviewee to
occur

and supposedly subsequently one actually did explode/burn up that was
luckily on the ground in thailand (?) with one death and/or few
injuries

anyone may comment, tho please g.t.h. if it's insulting
