Any suggestions for all-inclusives in the Veradero area of Cuba? We are
currently considering Breezes Veradero but will look at all options. One
key area of concern is scuba diving. It doesn't have to be included
(although that would be nice) but I would be looking for a dive operator who
catered to advanced divers and went to great sites.

Thanks for any feedback or recommendations.

The rating systems are skewed. Try to go as high as your budget allows with the star rating of any hotel. A 4 star in Cuba is actually less than a 4 star in Mexico, which is less than a 4 star in North America.
