Let me stress that tipping is not necessary so don't feel like you HAVE to.
That being said we tipped the Maid $5 a day and servers in the bars and
restaurants between $1 and $5 depending on if they were just getting us a
drink or if we were tipping them after our meal.

I would try and hand it to them as discreetly as possible. I don't think the
Paradisus has an anti-tipping policy but others I've been to do, so why take
the chance.
