Niagara Falls Hotel with good view of falls.

On that hill (where the new casino is opening very soon!) there is the
Sheraton Fallsview, the Marriott and also a Hilton. Are are really nice and
have great views.

Just make sure that you find the right hotel (I think all the chains have
multiple hotels in NF) and make sure you don't go to a 'fallsview' hotel and
then get a room looking at the city.

Most of them have packages too that include breakfasts and dinner. Kids
might like the Hilton a bit more because it has the nicest pool with a fun
waterslide.
