EZcruise new concept
Not really a new concept: All =E5 la carte/pay-as-you-go restaurant food
was tried out of NYC on old Constitution or Independence in 1960s or so ... was a flop then [vessel was also painted with a huge red/yellow sun, etc. on each side ..."shocking" in those days]!
