Default How many carry-ons?

Hi all

I am posting this message, as I am going to Vegas in few weeks and
need to know how many carry-ons I can take with me. I have one bag
that holds a change of clothes and toiletries. Then I have a bag for
my laptop. Am I able to take both of these with me?

Thanks

Yes, assuming the laptop bag is a modest size. The rules allow you to
take one bag, plus a briefcase or purse. The laptop bag would count as
one of the latter.

You need to make sure that what normally goes in a purse will fit into
one of the other bags since the laptop counts as your "Purse". FFM

I don't carry a purse all that much. I have a small pocket book that
will fit into my carryon.

According to published rule or actual practice? I have seen people with a
roll on, briefcase and purse. Some airlines are pretty lax in enforcing the
rule.
