The same way it happens anywhere else; if somebody wants to find a place
loaded with defenseless victims, a school is the first place they'll go.

Remember, when seconds count, the police are only minutes away.

And very polite but ineffective police:

'Police reached him on Monday, September 22, and asked him
to be interviewed regarding the shooting video," Ms Holmlund
said.'

I guess the Finnish police is pretty effective. It is true that the police
is short of resources. Perhaps ms. Holmlund might want to comment this. Heh,
heh. Anyways, the problem is not to whom a sheriff grants permission to own
a handgun. It is the law. Handguns should be replaced by dartboards.

Would you *want* the police to be so effective that they rounded
up everybody found be acting weirdly within minutes?
