Cell phone rental in Europe

Traveling to Greece and Turkey (Istanbul)and am seeking a reliable and
competitively priced company to rent a cell phone from. Would also
like a recommendation as to which phone I should select.

Buy your own UNLOCKED phone on ebay. Then purchase a SIM in Greece...
maybe T-Mobile.

Given that unlocked GSM phones are available starting at 33 Euro, there
is no point in renting one.

DO NOT RENT! Rather, buy an unlocked GSM phone with at least the 900 & 1800
MHz bands (and maybe also 1900 MHz.) Buy a Riiing SIM card. Insert said SIM
in said phone and follow instructions.
