Default Where to get a good Airpass (Chile, or Chile,Bolivia,Peru)

I am planning a trip to SA. I would like to start in Lima, and go
south. I am hoping to flight from La Paz to Santiago, then stay in
Chile and Argentina for couple weeks, and flight back from either
Santiago or Buenos to Lima.

What is the airpass I should get?

Where can I get an airpass for Chile? Should i get it in the States, or
in La Paz?

How can I buy it (I heard that you have to use a travel agency in the
States, as Lan does not distribute the airpasses inside the U.S.)

It's very difficult to sort out your program as you don't say where you
will be staying most Peru, Bolivia, Chile or Argentina? The cities you
mentioned are serviced by LAB and its pass

http://www.labairlines.com/viaje/mv_Destinos_l.asp

and the pass is $530 for the four legs. See below:
