Las Vegas - Embassy Suites

Could anyone tell me the difference between the 2 Embassy Suites in Las
Vegas,
one near the airport (Swenson Blvd) and the other near the convention
center
(Paradise Road)? I'm familiar with their respective locations and I've
been
to LV before, but is one property significantly better than the other,
or are the
areas very different in terms of safety, or is there some other factor
that would
lead you to choose one over the other, besides their proximity to other
places?
