But I have to ask - if you know nothing about Phuket, why did you book travel and accomodation to the island? Alan It was a cheap package tour - somewhere to go that I have never been. My interests are general. And while theatres and restaurants are ok - I'm damned if I need to travel to another country to see such facilities. My advice would be to stay at home, mate. If you think restaurants and theatre in another country ar such a megabore, STAY AT ****ING HOME. It's good advice. Take it. For everybody's sake, and especially the Thais.
