Mauritius hotel advice
I am going to Mauritius on holiday (Sept04) and am thinking of the Merville
Beach hotel in Grand Baie. Does anyone have any advice on this hotel regarding standards of food/service/hygiene/location etc. John McElroy

The foods good, service is good but the bar prices were high. Its a bit of a walk to the village of Grand Baie. It's not as "busy" as some of the resorts, which I prefer. It has a nice strech of beach, where all water sports are available. I enjoyed it. Cheers Richard.
