The trip does not sound as if it was 'as advertised' nor was it value for
money. I was disgusted & dissatisfied with Dragoman's refusal to accept that
the whole trip was a disappointing fiasco due to the incompetence &
unprofessional attitude of Dragoman's reps 'on the ground', trying always to
lay blame elsewhere instead of taking the justified criticisms on board,
apologising profusely, and putting matters right. If they can't ACCEPT their
mistakes, they can't LEARN from them. I'm glad I wasn't on that trip, I shall
never travel with them, & Im grateful they have so much competition that I'll
never need to.
