Then go to Perhentian island in Malaysia: http://www.molon.de/galleries/Malaysia/Perhentian/ The weather in mid-September is still fine there. Nasi goreng and chicken on Mondays, Tuesdays,....., Sundays. The Perhentians is an excellent choice for weight watchers. |

for the trouble ? Not very kind of him to send the OP into trouble... You are talking rubbish. I was in KL on Sept 11 and watched the whole drama unfold on CNN!! Malaysia is very safe, the people lovely, and beaches almost deserted. |

Where to gi in Thailand in September / October
"Neil Raines" wrote in message ... How about Koh Samui? When does the rain start in the east coast? That's a relatively good time to be in Samui but why not take the catamaran ferry over to Kho Tao? My last trip there was in early October. There was a bit of rain, but it was welcome relief from the usual heat. September is by far Thailand's wettest month. You will find it difficult to escape the rain. Later in October is much drier normally cheers |
