Default Travel Survey - Win US$150 - Help Doctoral Student With HerDissertation

Fellow Travelers,
Happy holidays and a happy '08 on the way! I wanted to ask for your
help in completing a travel survey to help me with my dissertation. If
you're willing to take about 10 minutes, you can take the survey at:

http://travelsurvey.shorturl.com.

I am a doctoral student at the University of Hawaii. I have created a
survey about travel planning to help me complete my dissertation. The
survey also aims to identify types of travelers and predict the type
of vacation they would enjoy.
Two survey respondents will be chosen at random to win a US$150 prize,
which may be in the form of a voucher on their next vacation, or
another form of payment.
I need to get at least 200 respondents.

If you would like to obtain the results of the survey or have any
questions regarding this survey, please contact me at
.
Sincerely,
Laura Welsh

Just to be clear, are you saying that the winner choses the form of
payment, or that you chose it?

Each winner chooses the form of his/her payment. May be an electronic
gift card (such as Amazon.com) so that the winner only provides their
email, voucher to a tour company (I pay the tour company and they give
you a voucher), or may choose to receive a check if they're willing to
divulge their mailing address, or anything reasonable the winner can
think of, in any currency equivalent to US$150. I'm open to options.
