Unless you have some interplanetary method of measuring time this DOES
span the entire period both before, during and after that US
Americans financially (and morally - remember they had Intel)

It proves nothing of the sort. It proves that the US did business with
Iraq. The US and France do business with each other. Does that mean
that the French support Bush or that America supports Chirac?
