Default Park Ridge Corp. Apartments in Sydney

Does anyone have any experience or first-hand knowledge of this place?
In the past we have usually stayed in/ near Darling Harbour but have
decided to try someplace new- and we've chosen this property. Yea? or
Nay?
Thanks!

The location is certainly not as high class as Darling Harbour or The Rocks,
but is within reasonable walking distance of the CBD.
Hope that helps.

Thanks! Do you know any specifics about the apartments or property
itself?
