Has any one used Crown Cruise Vacations before? Just got an amazing
quote from them for a cruise I'm looking at in July. Got the quote
from a site where you submit what you want and different agents/
agencies give you their quote. Am wondering because I went to their
website and priced the same cruise and it came back $300 more.

Also, has any one else been having problem with cruisemates site? Last
week or so it either doesn't come in or it takes forever to load.

Thanks everyone

I thought you said it was Cruise Critic you could not log in to? In any
case I just had no problem logging in to Cruisemates a few minutes ago
after not logging in for three or four years. So if you are having a
problem then the problem is that you forgot your password.....

Since you are having the same problem with those two web sites which
use the same software to run their boards I can guess what you are
likely doing wrong. The passwords on those web sites are case
sensitive. Type it exactly like it is in the e-mail. For example if a
letter is lower case don't type it as an upper case capital letter.

I don't care for it much for Cruisemates and hardly use it but since
you mentioned having issues and Surfer said she could not log in I went
there yesterday and today. I had no problem getting the site or logging
into their forums yesterday or today. Your problem could be a DNS issue
from your location. Or possibly you might try emptying your cache in
your web browser and see if that makes a difference.

Surfers problem is almost certainly operator error on her part entering
the password. She is using Web TV but that is not the issue. The
password has to be entered exactly including in the same case for each
letter as was originally entered and I think it is likely that is her
problem.
