Reastuarants in Seville

Looking for some personal recommendations for restaurants in Seville, Spain.
Essentially, want to have good atmosphere, friendly staff, good food and
wine, and nice enivronmment. Staying near the centre so around there would
be grand, although willing to travel off the beaten track to try something
special.

Essentially, want to have good atmosphere, friendly staff, good food and
wine, and nice enivronmment. Staying near the centre so around there would
be grand, although willing to travel off the beaten track to try something
special.

I recommend crossing the bridge to the Trianna district for Rio
Grande and Casa de los Flores (in its new premises) both by the
river. Sevilla is getting very touristy around Santa Cruz, one of
the few places in Spain you hear any number of US accents.
