Default English kids' books in Budapest

Spending a month in Hungary in July. My kids (8 and 6) go through so
many books that I know I won't have room to take enough with me to last
them a whole month. And they don't speak or read Hungarian.

Google is bringing up lots of results for bookstores and public
libraries in Budapest that have books in English. But there is
no indication that they have anything for kids. Anyone know of any?
Having to buy everything they will want to read will break the bank, so
a public library would be ideal. Thanks.

Neat idea. Not for kids, though. Too fragile and valuable. Need good
ol' paper books that they can read on the beach and leave lying around
when they go swimming.

Seems to me that introducing them to children's picture books in
Hungarian might spur them to learn the language. (And it seems to be an
accepted fact that children learn languages much more easily and quickly
than adults.) Of all the European languages I've encountered, Hungarian
seems the most difficult (not to say impossible) for an English-speaker
- why not give your kids a head start with it?
