Default re access to British Airways Club on arrival at London Heathrow.

We are going to arrive at Heathrow at 0600 after
a 23 hour flight from Australia and as a Qantas Club
member with access to Britixsh Airways club, was wondering
if it is possible to get to the BA club which is evidently airside on
departures level , from the arrivals level without having to go
out through customs and back in via customs.
OR
Any one tell me how to achieve getting to that club upon arrival..
We want to have a shower upon arrival.

yes, go through flight connections centre (can be a *very* long walk).
Only works IF you have an onward connection from the terminal you're
arriving in (T4?) If you don't, I think you re SOL

if you are travelling in BC or FC (in BA?) you can use the arrivals
lounge n T4
