what exactly were you curious about? as a resort as far as the facilities I
can't comment much as I was there in April so the outdoor pool wasn't open yet,
but it looked very nice.

the restaurant is small, but the food was fine, and there was a more premium
restaurant/inn that I didn't try

the condos were great......I had a two bedroom with a fireplace and hot tub in
the unit.........clean, pleasant......

if you have specific questions feel free to email me

also the location is great as far as getting to Colonial Williamsburg, about a
10 -15 min drive if I remember correctly.

Am I to assume you're looking for a timeshare? Timeshare Users Group
at TUG2.Net has reviews. If you are a guest the sample review of
Powhatan is negative as it is from a few years ago. Members can access
the more current reviews which tend to be better. Powhatan had slipped
over the years and owners have been paying substantial assessments to
renovate the units, which has been ongoing for a few years. Depending
on what unit you get,it can be a little dated or brand, spanking new.
Other than those problems,Powhatan is one of the most magnificent
timeshares you will find with beautiful grounds,an historic manor
house, wildlife and some good recreational facilities, including guest
priviledges at the Williamsburg National Golf Course which is on the
site of sister resort Greensprings Plantation.
